Our museum has established partnerships with a selection of local vendors to ensure quality scale for all the events. Therefore we kindly ask you to choose from our list of preferred vendors for catering arrangements or other complimentary services.

If you wish to work with a vendor outside the list, please seek approval from the Facility, Rentals & Special Events Manager.

Service staff is required for all events. Rental volunteers are not permitted to handle food and beverages, and will not be considered as service staff. Service staff may be acquired through the caterer or provided by the museum at $150 per staff member, with 5 hours of service. Food trucks can be available upon request.
