How to Book
- Submit your request by filling out this Request Form.
- You will receive a response from our Scouts Program team within 2-4 days.
- Please note this form does NOT confirm your booking.

Registration & Attendance
- Programs require advance registration for all scouts and chaperones.
- Private classes ONLY – Registered scout includes 1 adult chaperone.
- A minimum of 1 chaperone is required for every 10 scouts.
- Late arrivals may miss portions of the program without a refund.
Supervision & Conduct
- Chaperones are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their scouts at all times.
- Scouts are expected to follow staff instructions, show respect for others, and care for museum property.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
What’s Included
- Program fee includes a trained educator, workshop materials, scout’s museum admission for the day, and free parking.
- Additional guests must pay regular admission to enter the museum.
Food & Drink
- Scouts should bring a refillable water bottle.
- Lunch is not provided unless otherwise noted (Overnights may include dinner if added).
- Outside food may only be consumed in designated areas.
Dress & Identification
- Uniforms are encouraged to help identify your group.
- Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety during hands-on activities.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before the program.
- The museum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
