Jazz & Journaling

Discover a space to connect with yourself and others through the power of music, words, and creativity. Jazz & Journaling is a creative, community-centered Healing Arts experience that blends reflective writing, curated jazz music, light crafting, and intentional dialogue. It’s a welcoming opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and explore presence, emotion, identity, and joy.

For each session, you’re invited to settle in with the program manager and special guest Carla Sue, choose a prompt that resonates with you, and design your own journal cover. Throughout the event, guest speakers will spark meaningful conversations and help build social connections. You’re welcome to share your reflections—if it feels right for you.

All materials are provided, and no art or writing experience is required.
