Our outreach program delivers the content and courses from our museum to your community, designed to inspire curiosity and promote healthy living. These interactive experiences are tailored to make science, healing arts, and health education accessible anywhere.

Our mobile programs include hands-on activities and engaging lessons that mirror the hands-on experiences you’d find at The Health Museum, led by a museum educator. Choose from the following options:

- All labs and classes will be facilitated by a museum science educator; reservations are subject to educator availability and may require an additional educator for a $100 flat fee

Our team handles setup, facilitation, and cleanup—making it easy and stress-free.
What is the payment policy?
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment must be received at least two weeks before your scheduled program date.
Are there travel fees?
Yes. A travel fee of 70 cents per mile round-trip from The Health Museum is included in your final invoice. An additional $25 travel fee applies to locations further than 15 miles from the museum.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made 3 business days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
What space and setup requirements are needed?
Programs require a clean, safe space with access to tables, chairs, televisions, and electrical outlets. Specific requirements will be shared upon confirmation.
