How It Works

    Complete a request form for community outreach.
  2. Customize Your Program
    Select activities and programs that fit your audience and goals.
  3. We’ll Bring the Museum to You
    Our team handles setup, facilitation, and cleanup—making it easy and stress-free.

What is the payment policy?

A $50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment must be received at least two weeks before your scheduled program date.

Are there travel fees?

Yes. A travel fee of 70 cents per mile round-trip from The Health Museum is included in your final invoice. An additional $25 travel fee applies to locations further than 15 miles from the museum.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made 3 business days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

What space and setup requirements are needed?

Programs require a clean, safe space with access to tables, chairs, televisions, and electrical outlets. Specific requirements will be shared upon confirmation.
