Protecting Your Brain’s Health: What the U.S. POINTER Study Reveals

Join us for an enlightening conversation on the groundbreaking U.S. POINTER study, the first large-scale clinical trial in the U.S. to explore whether lifestyle interventions can help protect brain health in older adults at risk for cognitive decline. This session will highlight key findings from the study and examine how factors like physical activity, nutrition, cognitive stimulation, and social engagement may work together to support long-term cognitive function.
