Craft & Process: Memory Boxes

Create a beautiful home for your cherished memories in our Healing Arts workshop. In this expressive arts session, you’ll transform an empty cigar box while exploring memories, emotions, and stories that shaped your life.

The season can be a time of celebration, but it can also bring a wave of thoughts and emotions as we remember how things used to be. By exploring the therapeutic approach of upcycling, this workshop provides a gentle space to celebrate change and the people who have been instrumental in making us who we are today.

Program Facilitators

A board-certified psychologist will be present to ensure a layer of psychological safety throughout this arts intervention, while a professional artist and Healing Arts Educator will guide participants by offering gentle support for beginners and creative challenges for those with more experience.
