Blue Cards will be signed at the end of each class, if all requirements are completed. Got a partial that you've started with The Health Museum and need requirements signed off? Partial blue cards will only be signed by appointment only. Please email scouts@thehealthmuseum.org. Or simply mail the blue card to us with proofs of completion and allow two weeks for our staff to review and sign off. We will then return all materials sent to us via mail! Please make sure to fill in all sections of the blue card (except for the chart in the 'Applicant's Section' of the card) before you mail the card to us. Please include a postage stamp and return envelope.

1All scouts attending merit badge classes must be in Class A uniforms, with no exceptions granted. Scouts that fail to come to class in proper attire will not be allowed to remain in class, and there will be no refunds provided.
The Museum reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If a class is canceled by the museum, registrants will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for class registrations canceled or dropped by registrants. Registrants will have the option to exchange classes. Refunds will only be issued if Scout has an illness.
